I have understood aims and objectives of ‘Shanti Seva Trust’ and will abide by these voluntarily.
I am making a donation of my own accord.
I am keen the contribute towards welfare of the society.
Will not participate in any activity against the national interest and ‘Shanti Seva Trust’.
I will use “Jai Hind” for salutation.
